The Reentry Life Plan

The Reentry Life Plan is a series of 18, two hour classes designed to address the most pressing aspects of a successful reentry into society. During the course students create goals for their life and plan to achieve them. The classes concentrate on employment skills, effective communication, relationships, parenting, budgeting, and developing a well rounded life style. The key to the success of the reentry class is that students who wish to participate are matched with mentors who assist in the development of life goals and plans for achieving them. Once a student is released from prison the mentor continues to offer encouragement, direction and assistance to the student.
